We work with you to determine the size and type of mailing to grow your business. Intelligent Lookup Services will produce and manage the list and track results. In Touch will produce and mail the pieces. You will be busy converting leads to clients.

Program Details

The prospect generation program has a minimum 12 month commitment. You provide company logos and branding requirements if they exist. Your logo and branding requirements are used to produce postcards or other pieces that you approve before production. A list is produced and we mail to 1/3 of the list each month. In this manner each prospect will be sent 4 pieces over the course of a year. Responses are rare for the first half of the program since they tend to accumulate in the second half of the year.

 

Cost

Cost is determined by the number of records purchased, the type of mail piece chosen, and the frequency of the mailing. A typical colored postcard mailing to 1,000 prospects per month will be about $400 per month.

 

Case Study

A Loan Officer for a nationwide bank wanted to focus on producing remodeling loans. The bank created a single-closing renovation loan perfect for an aging home or one in need of renovating. The loan officer decided to focus on a few specific affluent neighborhoods that were established 30 to 50 years ago. Within six months the program had produced about $900,000 of new loans.
